We collect only the data you voluntarily provide through our forms, such as your name, email address, company or website, and information you choose to share about your business in order for us to assess fit. We do not collect payment information or sensitive personal data, and we collect nothing without your explicit action. We do not use cookies beyond what is strictly necessary for the website to function. We do not use tracking pixels, advertising cookies, or analytics tools that collect personal data.

We collect your data for one purpose only: to respond to your enquiry and assess whether there is a fit between your business and our services. We do not use your data for marketing campaigns or newsletters without your consent, for automated profiling or decision-making, or for sale or transfer to third parties.

Your form submissions are stored in our backend infrastructure, hosted on Lovable Cloud (powered by Supabase) on secure servers. Notification emails of new submissions are delivered to us through Lovable Cloud's email service. We do not sell or share this data with third parties.

We retain your information for as long as necessary to respond to your enquiry and assess fit. If no engagement results from your contact, your data is deleted or no longer actively used within 12 months of your submission.

If you are based in the European Union or European Economic Area, you have the following rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR): Right of access: you can request a copy of the data we hold about you. Right to rectification: you can ask us to correct inaccurate data. Right to erasure: you can ask us to delete your data. Right to restrict processing: you can ask us to limit how we use your data.
